Announcing April’s Employees of the Month!

MedCare Transportation is pleased to announce the Employees of the Month for the month of April!

Receiving this month’s Ambulance EOM award is  EMT Shane Sawyer. Shane has been with MedCare for 4 years now and consistently volunteers for special projects. He also takes it upon himself to plan, coordinate, staff, and assist at special events such as EMS standbys, the Aberdeen Ironbirds games, and charity races. Shane arrives as much as an hour early for every shift and is always ready to jump in and help early on if there’s a need. Congratulations, Shane, and thank you for everything you do!

Loegan Bradshaw is April’s Communications Center EOM. Over the last couple years, Loegan has served MedCare as a Customer Service Representative and recently, as a dispatcher. Loegan pays attention to detail and receives nothing but compliments for her amazing customer service skills. Her professionalism and her skills in logistics have earned her this award. If that wasn’t enough, Loegan spends much of her downtime at the office by helping with insurance billing and other paperwork. Congratulations, Loegan! Keep up the awesome work!

Last (but certainly not least!) is Marie Neal. Marie is the Mobility department’s EOM for April. Ms. Neal, as we refer to her, constantly provides top-notch customer service and always takes her job very seriously. Whenever we have a staffing shortage, Ms. Neal is there to help. On Sundays, our mobility service is usually by-appointment-only, but sometimes we have to call Ms. Neal to come help. She always does! On top of all that, she also volunteers for special transports and wedding/funeral/party trips. Congratulations, Ms. Neal, and thank you!

Our Employee of the Month recipients all received a beautiful certificate of recognition and a cash bonus for their incredible contributions to MedCare Transportation. In addition, copies of their certificates of recognition will be hung inside the office and added to their personnel files. Thank you again Shane, Loegan, and Marie!
