Communications & Billing Department

Our Billing Department is staffed by experienced & certified Ambulance coders through the National Association of Ambulance Compliance. This certification ensures proper billing procedures are followed so we can receive reimbursement through Medicare, private health insurance companies, Medicaid, facilities, and private paying customers. The information our Billing Department collects is stored in accordance with all laws & regulatory agencies, especially HIPAA and HITECH. 

Our Billing Department is open to speak with you from 7:00 AM-3:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Outside of these hours, we do have other staff in the office who can answer your basic billing & insurance questions. 

If you are trying to verify an invoice you received, dispute charges, or make payment arrangements, please feel free to call into our office and speak with one of our CAC-certified billers during business hours, or one of our Customer Service Representatives outside of those normal business hours.

If you are experiencing financial difficulties, our Billing Department would like to work with you in coming up with a payment plan. But it is important to contact us as soon as possible about your difficulties: we do refer older outstanding accounts to our collections agency if we haven’t received any updates regarding the account. So please, let us know as early as possible and we will be happy to work with you!
